A team project where I added Presentations, Construction Documentation Sets and Design.
In conjunction with structural repairs to an existing plaza constructed using air rights over the Chicago Union Station Company’s railroad tracks, Daniel Weinbach & Partners redesigned the plaza spaces at both the 10 and 120 South Riverside buildings to increase the landscape area by approximately 10%, as well as creating expanded seating areas and outdoor gathering spaces.

3600 Lakeshore Drive – Chicago, IL
At Daniel Weinbach and Partners, Ltd. I worked with a team on all phases of design and construction documentation for this project. This courtyard space, located along Chicago’s North Lake Shore Drive and serving the residents of two, 28-story towers, was re-designed to expand and replace a badly deteriorated space composed of crumbling asphalt paving, sparse landscape planting and random, mismatched site furniture. The only positive element was an existing grid of mature Linden trees.
2D Flash Animation
I wanted to include some Flash animation work I did because it was certainly challenging to learn about the principles of animation and apply them in a program like Flash.
Logo and Graphic Design
I wanted to include some graphic/logo design projects that I did for my employer Daniel Weinbach and Partners, Ltd. and a couple examples of freelance work. While employed at DWP I was responsible for creating most of the visual presentations and made many covers to our presentation booklets seen by clients or public agencies. Other work in this section includes logo design and even a food truck wrap.
