A large team project I worked on at Daniel Weinbach and Partners, Ltd. where I added documents and design through all phases.
A large section of the new Capital City District will be devoted to high quality housing for UAE nationals. Daniel Weinbach & Partners, as the principal consultant to KEO International, has the task of site and landscape planning for eleven Emirati neighborhoods totaling 2,100 villa plots.

Conceptual Capstone Project – University of Florida
My Capstone project at the University of Florida that explored various Landscape Architectural theoretical movements within one site.
3600 Lakeshore Drive – Chicago, IL
At Daniel Weinbach and Partners, Ltd. I worked with a team on all phases of design and construction documentation for this project. This courtyard space, located along Chicago’s North Lake Shore Drive and serving the residents of two, 28-story towers, was re-designed to expand and replace a badly deteriorated space composed of crumbling asphalt paving, sparse landscape planting and random, mismatched site furniture. The only positive element was an existing grid of mature Linden trees.
10 & 120 S Riverside – Chicago, IL
A team project where I added Presentations, Construction Documentation Sets and Design. In conjunction with structural repairs to an existing plaza constructed using air rights over the Chicago Union Station Company’s railroad tracks, Daniel Weinbach & Partners redesigned the plaza spaces at both the 10 and 120 South Riverside buildings to increase the landscape area by approximately 10%, as well as creating expanded seating areas and outdoor gathering spaces.
